I figured I’d write a quick introduction on my blog, a much longer one can be found on my About page. My name is Adrian Lorenzana. At the time of this writing, I’m a fifth year doctoral candidate in chemical engineering planning to defend my dissertation by the end of the year. My work involves strain sensitive polymers that transition from liquid to solid after the application of force.

I’m planning to write a lot more on here about my research, topics in organic chemistry, polymer science, and engineering. I’ll also write up tidbits about my adventures and things I learned on them. Hope to see you again soon!
